Refunds
You have 14 days to change your mind. Every refund goes to your Techmakerz wallet, where it is ready to spend on another course, plan or kit — so nothing you have paid is ever lost.
14 days
You can cancel an order within 14 days of placing it. After that, write to us — we will still help, but we cannot promise a refund.
Refunds go to your wallet
We refund to your Techmakerz wallet, not to your card or Tabby. The money appears on your balance the moment the order is cancelled, and you can use it on anything in the store or on a plan. We do not send money back to cards.
Kits and parts
A kit can be cancelled while it is still with us — placed or packed, not yet on its way. Once it has shipped, contact us: a kit returned unopened and undamaged within the 14 days is refunded to your wallet in full.
Plans and tracks
If we cancel your access from our side — a track withdrawn, a plan discontinued — the unused part is credited to your wallet. If you cancel a plan yourself within 14 days of paying for it and have not completed a course on it, write to us and we will credit the wallet.
How to cancel
Open My orders while signed in and press Cancel on the order. If the button is not there, the order has already shipped or the window has passed — email us and we will look at it together.
What is not refunded
Certificates already issued, live sessions already held, and kits returned damaged or incomplete. Wallet balance itself is not paid out in cash; it stays on the account for you to spend.
